Kelly is by far the best realtor in South Beach! She was extremely friendly and helpful in finding a home for us. I can be very picky and slow when it comes to big decisions and she was very patient, took the time that I needed, and was willing to show me numerous properties that actually met my needs and desires, while remaining within my budget. She was on time for our appointments (which says a lot for realtors around here) and she explained the process very clearly to us. I will definately be working with her for our next move!! Kelly could not have been more helpful, plus she had a cool accent! I was at the point of giving up on South Beach after dealing with numerous bad Realtors who never seemed to listen. Kelly managed to find numerous properties I liked, while no one else seemed to be able to find any at all. I highly recommend her and hope to use her in the future!

One of my friends recommended Kelly to find a nice apartment and Kelly was an absolute expert in showing me apropriate apartments in Miami Beach as well as in Brickell. She knew all the places, had excellent background knowledge, had called in even some owners and I finally found a very nice apt. Kelly was also uptodate with all the paperwork and in communicating with all involved parties. I absolutely recommend Kelly Charles for assistance in finding a future home!
